The lineup
Our candies
Six things we make right now, plus a rotating cast of seasonal experiments. Small batches, limited runs, and no ingredient lists — that's part of the fun. If you have food allergies, email us first and we'll be straight with you about what we can and can't do.
Nebula Pops
What you'll taste
- Wild berry up front — raspberry and blackberry, mostly
- A faint, cool finish that lingers like air after a midnight walk
- Shimmer that doesn't add flavor, just changes how the light hits your tongue
Nebula Pops were born on a rainy Tuesday when we dusted a test batch with edible shimmer and decided the night sky belonged on a stick. Each one is swirled by hand in deep indigo and violet, then finished with a dusting that catches whatever light you happen to be eating under.

The Guessing Game
What you'll taste
- A familiar, cheerful flavor at the start
- Something else entirely curling through the middle
- A third note at the end — that's the part people argue about
This is the one we love making most. The outside tells you one story, the inside tells you another. We change the secret combination with every batch, so a repeat order is never quite the same experience twice. Tell us your guess after the last swirl — we'll tell you what was in there. That's the whole game.

Sunset Splits
What you'll taste
- Mango-passionfruit on one side — sweet, tart, a little tropical
- Strawberry with a whisper of basil on the other
- A clean, bright finish with zero sour-patch bitterness
Two flavors, one spiral. We paint the color transition by hand with a brush the size of a toothpick, so every Sunset Split turns slightly different at the border. Mango and passionfruit on the warm side; strawberry and basil on the pink. The basil isn't a gimmick — it's the note that keeps the strawberry from getting cloying after the second swirl.

Honeycomb Hexagons
What you'll taste
- Honeycomb sweetness — deep, warm, slightly buttery
- A crisp snap when you bite, then a slow melt
- A faint smoke at the end from the sugar's own caramelization
We press warm honeycomb sugar into hexagon molds and let it set until it rings like glass when you tap it. The honey is from a small apiary two towns over, and you can taste the difference: it's darker and more assertive than the grocery-store version. This is the candy for people who say they don't like sweets — which, respectfully, we've never quite believed.

Rosewater Ribbons
What you'll taste
- Soft rose at the start — floral, never perfume-y
- Warm vanilla through the middle
- A pinch of cardamom at the end, like the note in a good chai
Ribbon candy has a reputation for looking like it belongs on a grandmother's tea table, and mostly tasting like sugar. Ours is different. We fold the sugar by hand into soft blush ribbons and keep the rosewater light — it should smell like a garden, not a candle. Cardamom is the quiet secret here; you don't notice it until it's gone.

Smoked Sea Salt Caramels
What you'll taste
- A slow-burn chew that takes its time — these are not quick-snap caramels
- Deep brown-butter warmth through the middle
- Smoked sea salt flakes that pop where they land
These live in the warm corner of the jar. Cooked low and slow in copper pans, poured onto a marble slab, and hand-cut into squares before the salt goes on. We smoke the salt ourselves over applewood, which is why the smoke hits you at the end instead of the beginning — it's the last thing on your tongue after the caramel is gone. Each piece is wrapped in paper with a wax seal.

It's deliberate. Part of what we sell is the mystery — especially with The Guessing Game. But it's also practical: we rotate batches and flavors constantly, so a printed list would go out of date in a week.
Food allergies are not a game, though. If you're ordering for someone with an allergy, a sensitivity, or a specific diet, send us a message first and we'll tell you honestly what's in the current batches and what we can't guarantee in our kitchen. We'd rather lose a sale than guess wrong.
On the drawing board
What's coming out of the test kitchen
A few experiments we're tinkering with right now. They're not orderable yet — but if a flavor here sounds like your kind of strange, say so. It's genuinely how we decide what gets a second batch.
- Slate & Lemon Twist — a pale gray spiral with a sharp lemon-cream center. Tastes like the sky before a summer storm.
- Tonka & Pear — warm, almondy depth with a soft pear bloom. Still deciding if it's brilliant or just odd.
- Coriander & Orange Honeycomb — the honeycomb shape with an orange-coriander sparkle. The office keeps asking for more samples.
Nothing here is guaranteed. Small batches mean real scarcity, and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend everything is always in stock.
